LedgerWorksOS Terms of Use

These terms define controlled beta access, acceptable use, account responsibility, and review-first professional boundaries for LedgerWorksOS.

Controlled Beta Access

LedgerWorksOS is provided to invited or approved users for controlled beta use. Access may be changed, limited, suspended, or ended while the product is being prepared for broader launch.

Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for ensuring that workspace members are authorized to access client, document, billing, and practice records.

Professional Responsibility

LedgerWorksOS supports practice operations, document organization, deadlines, workflow visibility, and preparation. It does not replace professional judgment, licensed review, regulatory verification, official agency systems, legal advice, tax advice, or accounting opinions.

Templates, drafts, checklists, generated outputs, and workflow suggestions must be reviewed by a qualified professional before use with clients or external parties.

Acceptable Use

Users must not upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, abuse public endpoints, bypass workspace boundaries, or use the system to misrepresent filing, payment, regulatory, or professional outcomes.

LedgerWorksOS may apply rate limits, access controls, audit logging, provider controls, and support review to protect the service and customer workspaces.

Support and Changes

Beta support is available at support@example.com, with a normal response target of within two business days.

These terms may be updated as LedgerWorksOS moves from controlled beta toward general availability.
