LedgerWorksOS Privacy Policy

This policy explains the categories of information LedgerWorksOS processes during controlled beta and how workspace data is protected.

Back Home

Information We Process

LedgerWorksOS processes account identity, workspace membership, practice setup, client workflow, document metadata, uploaded files, billing state, analytics events, audit records, provider webhooks, and support communications needed to operate the service.

How Information Is Used

Information is used to authenticate users, scope access by workspace role, provide document and workflow features, maintain billing and provider state, detect abuse, troubleshoot incidents, and improve launch readiness.

Workspace data is not treated as public content. Access controls, audit logs, storage boundaries, and provider configuration are used to preserve workspace separation.

Retention and Support

Controlled beta retention is operationally conservative: records are kept while needed for account access, support, billing, security, legal, or service operation unless deletion is approved through a support workflow.

Privacy and data requests can be sent to support@example.com.

Third-Party Providers

LedgerWorksOS may use configured providers for storage, email, billing, observability, hosting, and database operation. Provider settings are validated during production rehearsal before live beta use.
